STORE POLICIES
Shipping & Security
Signature Requirement: To ensure the secure delivery of your order, a direct signature is required upon delivery. Our couriers are instructed not to leave parcels unattended or at "safe drop" locations.
Packaging Standards: Our volumes are high-value, heavy-weight items (the George Martin deluxe book set weighs in at over 22 pounds). Every book is shipped in custom-engineered, reinforced packaging to prevent transit wear.
Multi-Box Shipments: For orders containing multiple books or bundles, we utilize separate, individually insured boxes. You will receive a unique tracking number for each parcel.
No PO Boxes: Due to signature and insurance mandates, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or mail-forwarding suites.
Returns & Order Cancellations
7-Day Inspection Period: We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery for you to inspect your order and request a return.
Condition for Return: Returns are only accepted if the book remains in its original, unopened state with all factory shrink-wrap and security seals fully intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been unsealed or handled.
Return Logistics: The buyer is responsible for coordinating and paying for fully insured return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Transit Damage & Replacement Protocol
Reporting Damage: Please inspect your shipment immediately. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. You must provide clear photographic and video evidence of the unopened exterior packaging and the damaged item.
Verified Exchange Policy: To protect against fraud, replacements or refunds are only issued after the original item has been returned to our warehouse and passed a physical inspection by our quality control team.
Authentication: We cross-reference all returned items with our internal records and carrier-recorded package weights. Replacements will not be shipped until the returned asset is verified.
International Customs & Duties
Importer of Record: For shipments outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for all local VAT, import duties, and brokerage fees. If a shipment is refused due to customs charges, the cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund.
